For all other matters, please contact your insurance company directly or call our office once the power has been restored.

For any Safeco Insurance Policyholders, you may call 888-466-5511 for your normal policy service needs (Non-Claims). For claims, you may contact our office or file your claim through the Safeco App on your smartphone.
